Healing Starts with Worship
Healing Starts with Worship
“ Fear not, for I am with you; be not dismayed, for I am your God. ...“ LORD my God, I called to you for help, and you healed me.” — Psalm 30:2.
“ Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest.” — Matthew 11:28. Worship is such a towering theme in the Bible and it seems to be the one thing that God requires from you above all else. He created you to worship and it is inter-connected to every activity in His Kingdom. It’s not an overstatement to suggest that the Christian life is meaningless without worship and your success is largely dependent on the lifestyle practice of it. As you develop a lifestyle of worship your relationship with God will deepen and you will be better equipped to cope with life’s challenges. You will enjoy a renewed sense of trust in Him, especially for healing and maintaining good health. Abundance without health is lack, so claim God’s promises and enjoy a long, healthy and abundant life. God has no plan for you to die until He has satisfied you in your old age with His salvation. Enjoying health should be the normal Christian life. To keep your healing you need to worship God at all times.

Gary Perry Drummer
Gary Perry Drummer
Gary Perry's first exposure to music came from listening to his parents’ collection of jazz and rhythm and blues (R&B) records. Listening to records was the most effective way of getting exposed to different styles of music, since Iowa was a relatively isolated state. Live jazz concerts, for instance, were very rare in that area of the United States.
Gary began playing drums at the age of 7. He taught himself how to play drums by playing along to records at his house. Therefore, Gary didn’t get the most traditional of drumming educations in jazz. In fact, Gary learned jazz drumming using matched grip, a grip that’s mostly associated with rock drumming and the one he prefers using till this day. Drum lessons, drum books, and drum rudiments was something he would get into later on.
Gary continued developing his drumming skills in high school by performing in its orchestra and in a top 40 cover band. He also furthered his studies in jazz by going to the Stanford Jazz Workshop in California, a summer music camp where he was lucky enough to meet jazz legend Dizzy Gillespie. Later he played some Rock music for some of the greatest bands. He's been drumming for God for the last five years and loves it!

Among other things,
Pastor Gene likes to fish!
Gene followed in his father’s footsteps, playing the harmonica since he was a teenager. Some remember his father, Charlie Grenz, playing his harmonica in front of his apartment in Reedsport in his later years. The harmonica adds a unique sound to worship

Judy Grenz, Singer & Guitarist
Judy Grenz, Singer & Guitarist
Judy loves the beautiful Oregon Coast!
Judy is a self-taught guitarist and singer. Learning guitar in her teens, and being very shy, she seldom played or sang outside of her bedroom until coming to the Lord. Her earthly father encouraged her to play and sing at church, and her Heavenly Father helped her to do that! She loves to sing and play her music for the Lord now. It is her joy to be in the Presence of the Lord and to draw others into His Presence through worship.
“God does amazing things in people’s lives when they surrender to and worship the Lord.”
